Living healthy is my lifestyle
He did not remember when he ate fast food last time, he was careful to feed in a balanced, healthy and organic way. He met Omega-3 because of cholesterol and have not been separated since. He starts early in the day with sports and continues with his work and closes by playing games with his son. He emphasizes that the way of achieving this, is to hold tightly to the right routines.
Mehmet: My life is based on goals and realizing them. I believe I can accomplish everything I want. The important thing is making the right decisions to identify and solve the problem. When you accomplish this, you will leave all the excuses behind you. Sure, you may have to give up something, but it’s only a small price to pay. My house and work are in different sides but I pass the bridge every day in 15 minutes. I wake up just an hour earlier and do not wait in traffic for an hour and a half, and I use this time to do sports. It’s all about choice. Actually, I do not do anything extra than I have to. I’m trying to do what I think is right. I do not leave it in thoughts, I make it happen. That’s all I’m doing.
Mehmet: Even life is full of surprises, I want to be in control. It was this feeling that brought me together with Omega-3. Although I care about my health, I have a cholesterol problem inherited from my family. I can keep my values in balance thanks to Omega-3. I feel much better with the benefits that it provides outside of cholesterol. At first I used ordinary fish oils which could be described as supermarket products and I did not get much results. When I couldn’t find what I’m looking for in Turkey, I started to bring from abroad. However, I had to stop taking Omega-3 for months when I was not going abroad. It is a great advantage for me to easily reach quality Omega-3 which I’m looking for with Ballstad. Now I can continue to get regular Omega-3 support as it should be.
Mehmet: I work hard, I struggle to achieve the goals ahead. It is also natural that this tempo is going to cause high stress. I can cope with stress by doing sports, naturally feeding, taking Omega-3 supplement. I admit, this requires serious discipline. I do not think it is easy, but I want to live life to the fullest. We need this discipline to avoid saying “if only” and tomorrow might be too late.
