Ballstad IFOS Certificate
Nutrasource Diagnostics doesn’t manufacture or market fish oil themselves and they don’t endorse any brands either. IFOS simply test each oil by batch and publish the results on their website. And unlike other testing companies like ConsumerLab, the results are open to the public for free.
An IFOS rating means that when a manufacturer claims its fish oil is pure, you don’t need to take their word for it, because the organisation who set the bar can prove it to you.
IFOS currently certifies over 100 brands worldwide and has tested over 15,000 product SKUs to date. No other certification program across the globe tests fish oils by individual lot number, making it easy for shoppers to find what they are looking for.
You can see just how pure an IFOS certified product is by looking on the IFOS’ own website. They publish consumer reports for each and every batch of fish oil a brand submits to them, so you can check for yourself before comsume them. Just look up the batch code on your product which will match the consumer report online. You can see Ballstad’s report on IFOS’ website here.
